【世界女排聯賽強勢再臨】
萬眾矚目的國際排壇盛事,「世界女排聯賽香港」將於2025年6月18至22日強勢再臨!今屆賽制每個分站將會改為6支球隊合演12場賽事,讓球隊有更多休息及備戰時間,在球迷面前呈現最佳狀態。香港站賽事除了有一直最受香港球迷愛戴的中國女排外,應屆巴黎奧運冠軍意大利亦會來港參賽,屆時球迷必定大飽眼福!
2025再推新賽制
為充分展示排球運動的魅力、讓廣大球迷享受排球賽事的全新體驗,國際排聯於 2018 年對 90年代開始的世界男排聯賽和世界女排大獎賽進行改革,整合成為統一的世界排球聯賽(VOLLEYBALL NATIONS LEAGUE,簡稱 VNL)。繼2022年推行新賽制,每站賽事有8支球隊參與;到2025年起會再次改革。全新賽制中,男、女子組各 18 支參賽隊伍,不再分核心隊及挑戰隊,採取預賽和總決賽形式。預賽為期三周,每周由兩個分站增加至三個分站,每站6隊,每支球隊將在三周的分站循環賽階段進行共 12 場比賽;18 支球隊在每周將分為三組(每組 6 隊),於分站 5 天(周三至周日)的賽事中每隊會進行 4 場賽事,排名最高的 8 支球隊將進入總決賽。「世界女排聯賽 2025」的參賽球隊包括比利時、巴西、保加利亞、加拿大、中國、捷克、多明尼加共和國、法國、德國、意大利、日本、韓國、荷蘭、波蘭、塞爾維亞、泰國、土耳其及美國。球迷可以透過Volleyball World 官方串流平台,緊貼每個緊張時刻。球迷可到https://tv.volleyballworld.com/ 訂閱。
「世界女排聯賽香港2025」於6月18至22日舉行,將會有東道主中國(世界排名第五)以及另外五支世界級勁旅來港獻技,包括2024 年巴黎奧運會冠軍意大利(2024世界女排聯賽冠軍及世界排名第一)、2024 年世界女排聯賽亞軍—日本(世界排名第七)、世界排名第13的泰國、世界排名第15的捷克以及世界排名第20的保加利亞。
中國、日本、意大利強強對壘

Volleyball Nations League Returns with a Bang
The eagerly awaited international volleyball event, “Volleyball Nations League Hong Kong 2025 (VNLHK2025),” will make a dynamic comeback from June 18 to 22, 2025. Furthermore, the new competition format of this tournament will see 6 teams compete in 12 matches at each pool, allowing adequate time for recovery and preparations enabling them to showcase remarkable performances in front of the audience. In addition to Team China, which has always been beloved by Hong Kong fans, the reigning 2024 Paris Olympic champion – Team Italy will also take part in the Hong Kong pool, promising fans a visual feast!
New format is implemented in 2025
In order to highlight the appeal of volleyball and provide a fresh experience of volleyball competitions to audience, FIVB revamped the Men’s Volleyball World League and the Women’s Volleyball World Grand Prix, which originated in the 1990s, combined them into Volleyball Nations League (VNL) in 2018. With the introduction of the new competition format in 2022, each pool will feature 8 teams. Starting from 2025, a new format will be implemented. There are 18 participating teams in both men’s and women’s in the updated format. Also canceled the grouping of core teams and challenger teams, and still consist of preliminary rounds leading to the finals.
The preliminary stages will span 3 weeks and will expand from two pools to three per week. Each pool will host 6 teams, with each team participating in 12 matches over 3-week round-robin phase. The 18 teams will be categorized into 3 groups with 6 teams each per week, and each team will play 4 matches throughout 5 days (from Wednesday to Sunday) at each pool, with the top 8 teams advancing to the finals. The 18 participating teams in “Women’s Volleyball Nations League 2025” include Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, the Czech Republic, the Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Thailand, Türkiye, and the United States. The VNLHK2025 is scheduled to take place from 18 to 22 June, featuring the hosting nation, China (ranked 5th in the world), along with five other elite teams. These include Italy, the gold medalist of the 2024 Paris Olympics (ranked 1st and champions of the 2024 Women’s Volleyball Nations League), Japan, who finished as the first runner-up in the 2024 Women’s Volleyball Nations League (ranked 7th), as well as Thailand (ranked 13th), the Czech Republic (ranked 15th), and Bulgaria (ranked 20th).
Powerful rivalries in VNLHK2025!
Emphasizing the crucial matchups will be the clashes among the top teams, China, Japan, and Italy. Team Italy has secured the titles of the Women’s Volleyball Nations League in both 2023 and 2024, along with the gold medal at the Paris Olympics in 2024, establishing themselves as a dominant competitor. Team Japan demonstrated impressive defence during last year's Women’s Volleyball Nations League and will be making their first appearance in Hong Kong since 2018. Meanwhile, the host team, China, consistently provides outstanding performances in Hong Kong, delivering thrilling matches one after another. With multiple teams facing off, fans are guaranteed to experience an electrifying atmosphere! Honored by the “M Mark” for years in succession
The Major Sports Events Committee has supported the “FIVB Women’s Volleyball World Grand Prix – Hong Kong” and “Volleyball Nations League Hong Kong” for 11 consecutive years, recognizing these events as one of the M-Mark Events. In 2014, it was awarded the “M-mark Event of The Year”. Volleyball Association of Hong Kong, China has brought top-level volleyball competitions to Hong Kong citizens for many years.
